Go Green with LEED-Certified Projects and Healthy Building
Businesses interested in healthy, sustainable workplaces turn to Radcliff Construction for our experience with LEED®-registered and LEED-certified projects. We manage the construction process to meet U.S. Green Building Council standards for LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver projects. We serve as the middleman throughout the certification process, filing plans and paperwork with the USGBC to ensure that the project is awarded this elite status. If issues arise, we also manage any appeals that may be needed.
Even better, we include this oversight in our project budgets. We consider it part of our project responsibilities and do not treat these services as budget add-ons.
