Tampa, FL – Radcliff Construction has designed and built a new, executive office from shell space for HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC, a tenant of Harrod Properties. The finished 3,000 square-foot space includes 10-foot ceilings, high-end wood flooring, and interior transom windows that provide natural lighting throughout the location.
Radcliff Construction, a Tampa construction firm, began work for the design-build construction project in late September and completed the project on November 9, 2012. Radcliff’s comprehensive plan included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms and fire sprinklers, as well as roofing and mechanical stands to expand HVAC capacity to remaining available spaces.
